Learning sake properly, and taking other people along.
Sake Squad is a Dutch sake hub for people who are curious about sake but put off by the mystique. Newsletter first, with live tastings once I’ve passed my WSET Level 3 Sake exam.
I’m not posing as an expert. I’m learning this properly and taking people along as I go. Alongside the brand, writing and site, there’s a small app that helps read a sake label and suggest what to eat with it.
